Every piece is hand made & isn’t always in stock. If this is the case, your order will be made for you right away and delivered within 4-6 weeks. If we have a high load of orders, this may take up to 8 weeks. International orders could take and additional 10-15 days.
If your order is in stock, we will post it within 3 days. If your item is required urgently, please email us at hello@odetoflores.com if you require an earlier delivery date and we will let you know if this can be arranged. This may incur a fee.

Shipping rate: $9AUD.
Complimentary standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $200.
Complimentary express shipping Australia wide on orders over $500.

Shipping rate: $25AUD.

Duty and Tax fees may occur with your shipment, in which case we do not take responsibility for and is out of our control.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales on odetoflores.com are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@odetoflores.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email hello@odetoflores.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will gladly assist you in any concerns you may have. (We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.)
We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
We will not exchange or return sale items or custom pieces. All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are happy to repair faults at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. We will not repair general wear and tear or chipped gemstones. We are not responsible for postage costs involved in process of receiving a piece back for repair.
Ode to Flores is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, Ode To Flores is not liable for any losses incurred by the user.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item.
