At Ode To Flores, each piece is hand crafted to order so please note that each piece has a unique appearance and will not match the piece photographed on the website, unless it is a ‘one off’.

SHIPPING

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please email hello@odetoflores.com with any inquiries. Ode To Flores is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments. If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, Ode To Flores is not liable for any losses incurred by the user.

SHIPPING TIMES

All jewellery items are hand made. Pieces aren’t always in stock, in which case your order will be made for you and delivered within the shipping window specified on its respective product page. If your order is in stock, we will post it within 3 business days. If your item is required urgently, please email us at hello@odetoflores.com and we will advise you if we can meet your required delivery date. Please note that during sale and holiday periods, delivery times can be delayed.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on odetoflores.com are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@odetoflores.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email hello@odetoflores.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will gladly assist you in any concerns you may have. (We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.)

We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information entered into this website is stored securely. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.
